Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we are unable to host our usual recruitment Boot Camp's. Instead, we are shortlisting candidates to send directly to the employers for an interview, following the completion of several successful tasks. Our next intake is starting in January and employers can enquire here.

Who better to put at the heart of an organisation's online activity than a jargon-literate bright young thing with a passion for digital?

Since 2013, The Juice Academy, a not for profit enterprise, has placed Junior Content Producer apprentices into businesses of all shapes and sizes from a myriad of sectors. Intense training is delivered by practicing digital specialists from our sister company, Tangerine, as well as leading guest speakers. The digital marketing apprentices are fully supported and equipped with the knowledge to enhance your digital marketing.

By employing a Junior Content Producer apprentice, you will help The Juice Academy create more quality, digital jobs for young people. Employers say they experience a wide range of benefits as a result of taking on apprentices. These include improved productivity, staff morale, staff retention and image in the sector, as well as generating new ideas that can lead to improved product or service quality.

We recruit and place 20 Junior Content Producer apprentices per quarter - winter, spring, summer and autumn. The recruitment process is done via our fun, interactive full-day Boot Camp, which takes place at our Academy in Castlefield, Manchester (Currently, the recruitment process is completed remotely through an application form and video CV applications).

Employers must provide their apprentice with a quality work mobile phone and portable quality laptop that they can bring to the Academy. Employers must also provide apprentices with Adobe Creative Cloud with access to all apps that they can access in the Academy.

As well as our Boot Camps, you are able to upskill a current employee with The Juice Academy. Click here to apply to train your current employee with The Juice Academy.

"I wasn't sure what to expect (at Boot Camp) but it was run so well and the candidates were just so amazing.
We are delighted to have Chloe joining us but I felt actually like I could have picked several of the candidates!
It's all a matter of what suits your business and no reflection of the individual."

Lisa Wood Toast PR

"I would recommend Companies to seek apprentices through this wonderful academy and, in fact, two of my industry peers have employed apprentices through Juice."

Graeme Wood CEO One Marketing

"Being able to bring an enthusiastic apprentice into the team has given us a whole new perspective on the work we do. The training provided is spot on and relates directly to the day-to-day job, and having that support has ensured that we can provide the best experience for the apprentice."
