86% of the apprentices at The Juice Academy are offered a permanent position at the end of their apprenticeship.
Earn while you learn
Our apprenticeships allow you to learn the skills you need while getting paid. Say goodbye to years of building up student debt while learning in a classroom and say hello to a no-fee, real-world learning experience with a fair wage.
Industry-led training
Our apprenticeship training is delivered by practicing industry experts, as well as guest speakers who are leaders in their field. So you’ll be learning from the best in the industry and putting it straight into practice with your employer!
Hands-on experience
Unlike college and university courses, you’ll spend 80% of your time working in the role you’re training for. So instead of just learning theory, you’ll be able to put your apprenticeship training into practice and see the real-world impact.

Attend an interview
Some candidates will be invited for an interview process with some of the employers. The Juice Academy recruit a cohort of apprentices and while you may apply for one particular company or course, you may have the opportunity to be placed in a different, equally-exciting role in another company.

04
Start your apprenticeship
Once you’ve secured a job, you will usually spend four days a week ‘on the job’ in your employer’s office (and/or remotely if they are a remote or hybrid-working company). On top of this, you will receive regular apprenticeship training as you work towards your qualification.

Once you’ve completed all your training, the final three-month period of the programmes is an ‘assessment period’, during which you will complete various projects and assessments that count towards your end-point assessment. When you’re ‘at work’, you’ll be working as part of your employer’s team, but you’ll also be set tasks to complete during a ‘self-study’ day in between the sessions to show that you’re learning and to provide evidence for your assessors.
