THE JUICE ACADEMY
APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME
The Juice Academy is a Digital Marketing academy delivering the Junior Content Producer Level 3 apprenticeship, brainchild of Tangerine communications which, after over 18 years in the creative industry and, having run a number of job creation and training programmes, knows a thing or two about finding and nurturing talent. Businesses get the opportunity to invest in budding talent across the North West, and young people have a chance to work with some of the UK’s biggest brands including UNILAD, JW Lees, GM Police, Pretty Little Thing and Manchester Airport. The programme begins with our unique recruitment process, where every quarter we hold a boot camp day for the employers to select their apprentice. The Juice Academy was the first industry-led social media apprenticeship in the UK in 2013 and has now trained nearly 400 apprentices. The Academy tutors are digital marketing specialists from Tangerine, along with expert guest speakers. The course is a 15-month Digital Marketing programme, with apprentices gaining a Level 3 Junior Content Producer Standard.
