Apprenticeship/Digital Marketing Industry
Develop an understanding of the sector/industry and actively seek to develop their own networks to build confidence and awareness.
Take responsibility for their development, making the most of the training available and their mentor. Watch and learn the company coaching style so they can utilise this later in their career and proactively ask to get involved in activities that will help them grow their skill set.
We encourage employees to actively seek out useful networking opportunities, attend seminars (online/face to face when possible) to broaden their knowledge in key areas and identify other ways they can further The Juice Academy/Tangerine’s reputation externally – eg. creating speaking opportunities for team members (and possibly to do personally eventually) etc. The ultimate aim is raising awareness of the brand and securing expressions of interest.
We are looking to fill the role either with someone experienced on a part-time basis, or a business admin apprentice on a full-time basis with training provided throughout their apprenticeship.
