Driving content and efficiency: transforming content production at Tempt

From apprentice to Content Executive, Hannah’s journey at Tempt highlights how practical agency training and creative storytelling can elevate both personal confidence and business capacity.

When Hannah Adhana joined Tempt, a fast-paced PR, marketing, and events agency, demand for content creation across their client base was growing significantly. As a small business, Tempt needed to expand its content capabilities while enabling the wider team to stay focused on strategy and bigger-picture client work.

To bridge this gap, Tempt turned to their long-standing partnership with The Juice Academy. Managing Director, Beccy Gibson, was already familiar with the academy’s impact across previous roles, knowing their specialised digital programmes slot seamlessly into agency life. Recruiting an apprentice was a clear, positive next step to build capability from the ground up.

Entering the apprenticeship with a focus on agency-ready execution, Hannah rapidly gained skills in video editing, photography, shoot planning, and creative brief interpretation. The hands-on training directly translated into immediate value for Tempt, equipping Hannah to take charge of content projects with confidence and precision.

"The training was excellent and made sure I was equipped to be successful in agency life," Hannah reflects. "Sessions focused on dissecting briefs and brainstorming ideas based on specific aims and objectives were particularly useful. Being able to create innovative ideas that still follow multiple client briefs is an essential element of the role."

It wasn’t long before Hannah began applying these enhanced production skills to scale the agency’s client services. By leading shoot plans and managing end-to-end content production, Hannah enabled Tempt to expand its retainer packages and unlock exciting new business opportunities.

Beyond client deliverables, Hannah’s monthly learning updates became a highlight for the agency, keeping the wider team aligned and invested in her professional growth.

"As a small business, bringing Hannah into the team has made a genuinely fantastic impact," says Beccy. "Her ability to jump in on content production freed up our wider team to focus on strategy and high-level work. Watching her growth from start to finish was such a positive process for all of us."

Having completed her programme, Hannah stayed with Tempt and earned a promotion to Content Executive. Today, she serves as the team’s primary lead for all things content, managing everything from planning and asset production to client liaisons and campaign performance presentations.

Hannah’s journey at Tempt stands as a strong testament to what happens when ambitious agency talent is paired with practical, high-quality training, a story of continuous professional growth, expanded service offerings, and measurable business success.

“The training and support have had a huge impact on my confidence and capability, allowing me to handle lots of different agency scenarios independently and drive business growth.”

Observing Australian gaming discussions, I noticed that a platform can look impressive at first glance, but the real value becomes clear only when you examine the smaller details. Factors such as game variety, clarity of deposit methods, and the responsiveness of customer support often determine whether a site feels reliable. I usually read reviews that describe actual experiences rather than focusing on promotional claims. During my search for Australian online venues, Spinago Casino appeared in several conversations where players compared places worth considering. Real visitor impressions tend to paint a much clearer picture than marketing material ever does.
