Welcome Cohort 34

What a busy start of the year! We had hundreds of applications pouring in over the past couple of months, working with a over twenty exciting new employers and a couple we’ve worked with before. We were able to create OUR BIGGEST EVER COHORT! That’s 21 apprentices signed up to our Cohort 34 and we can’t wait to get to know them more… and what better way than to introduce you to them at the start of National Apprenticeship Week.

Meet them below!

What emoji best describes your personality?

“I would be the burger emoji - which is made up of 2 buns, a meat patty, sauce and lettuce. One of the reasons is because I have layers, I have multiple assets to me that make me who I am and contribute to my work ethic. These assets have allowed me to strengthen my work-based skills, such as communication, problem solving and organisation. Another reason is because burgers are reliable, they are always a good choice and hard to let down. I’ve never had a bad burger. They go with anything, which I think relays to me working well in a team and with a range of people. They are adaptable to taste, for example you can have a beef burger, chicken, breakfast, vegan etc. Which relates to my adaptability and resilience. It’s a hearty meal, always fulfilling and happy.”

What emoji best describes your personality?

The candle emoji. A candle is old fashioned, it helps guide the way in the dark and it can brighten things up in the darkest times, you might burn yourself on the wax if you're not careful and a candle can burn down eventually but as long as you don't overuse it, it will always be trusted to do its job.

Talia Faverzani

It was great getting to meet everyone on the celebration day and watch their creativity explode whilst designing a cohort logo which you can check out here

Everyone settled into their new workplaces at the end of January and have made a great start during their first couple of weeks. We look forward to seeing what they all achieve throughout their apprenticeship journeys!
